Brad Domke video reveals big wave skimboard passion

News Skimboard Video By Michael Adams / May 3, 2015

Brad Domke is rapidly making a name for himself with his tremendous wave riding skills on massive waves on his skimboard, so much so that he was nominated for the XXL Ride of the Year at the recent Big Wave Awards. The fact that Brad is managing to slay these giant waves on a 3ft board with no fins makes it even more impressive. Today we feature a video of Brad talking about his passion for the sport, the ocean and how it felt to drop on the now infamous wave at Puerto Escondido.

As well as featuring footage of Brad in Mexico, the clip also follows him as he then travels to Western Australia to further push the boundaries of big wave riding on his Exile Skimboard, this time over a slab! The video from The North Shore Collective includes footage from Tom Jennings, James Strickland and Dylan Palmer.

You can enjoy Brad in action and making history in the video below this article and we would love to hear what you think of Brad’s talent and skills to handle that tiny board in such big surf?
