As the intense heat we have been suffering for the last few days is gradually moved away thanks to some extreme thunderstorms, we have found a couple of videos of people cooling off with their Bodyboards that really appeal to us. What better way to cool down than having a lot of summer fun with your buddies even if there are no waves involved.
The first clip we have for you was filmed on the streets of San Francisco to promote Bear Naked Granola and involved a lorry load of blue tarpaulin and one of the many hills San Francisco is famous for. The participants ride everything from inflatable sharks, skateboards and Bodyboards and this clip will leave you rushing to find a decent hill and a huge sheet of rubber.
The second featured video was filmed in Waimanalo, Oahu at the giant man made Waimanalo Reservoir and involves a crew of Boogers having a blast on the huge rubber walls of the lake. While strictly illegal it doesn’t seem to deter the thrill seekers as the internet is flooded with clips of the local teens letting off steam and cooling down with their Bodyboards.
Both clips can be found below this article and both are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Let us know how you cool off in the heat when there are no waves to enjoy and have you found a secret sliding place near you?
