An artist known as Hula from New York has been creating some astonishing works of art on abandoned and decaying industrial buildings, accessing this untouched canvas with just his SUP. Hula, carries out reccy missions on his Paddleboard and when he finds a suitable location, he paints the most beautiful images of women half submerged on New York’s urban water wasteland.
Hula is the street name of the Hawaiian born artist Sean Yoro, who carries his painting materials with him on his SUP and spends hours meticulously creating the powerful artwork. The artistry is incredibly realistic and the image of the women reflecting in the stillness of the water is not only stunningly realistic, it is also creates an eerie presence amongst the urban dilapidation.
Hula also creates his works of art inside buildings and on old surfboards and is 4 days away from launching an online store selling originals and limited edition prints.
