With the worlds first publicly accessible surf lagoon back in action, it is all systems go in the preparation for the first Red Bull Unleashed event at Surf Snowdonia in Dolgarrog, Wales. The competition, featuring the talents of 24 of the most imaginative and artistic surfers, is running over the 18th and 19th of September and tickets are on sale now, allowing you to witness and be a part of this pioneering event.
The Red Bull Unleashed is bringing the concept of Wavepool competition to reality and the regular mechanical wave will mean the surfers are all competing on a level playing field. There can be no excuses about not getting the right wave, or lady luck not being on side when the each competitor is guaranteed a perfect head high wave every few minutes. It also makes this the ideal event for spectators, who will be guaranteed to see top-flight surfing on a pristine wave every single minute, throughout the event.
The full line-up has now been announced and features surfers from all corners of the globe including Jayce Robinson, Albee Layer, Kalani David, Alan Stokes and Oli Adams.
