LLangennith is a beautiful huge sweeping beach with the iconic Worms Head sitting at the southern end of the bay and marking the most westerly point on the Gower Peninsula. When it is big, LLangennith is a horrible place to try and paddle out and you are faced with never ending walls of whitewater surging shorewards. On it’s day the peaks are plentiful and there is so much space it never really seems crowded. The swell tends to increase in size as you head further north along the beach, but then so do the rips!
