As the UK release of the Science 2014 range draws ever nearer, you may be left wondering which particular board you should opt for. It is always difficult choosing a new ride and a lot of the time it boils down to a natural progression from one favoured board to the latest model, an adoration for the boards sponsored rider or simply down to the look.
Bodyboards aren’t cheap and most people cannot afford to replace a board if they have bought one they don’t like or don’t get on with. Wouldn’t it be nice then if you could try out a whole range of the latest boards and get a feel for all the different models, templates and cores?
Well, if you are free on the 27th of April and can manage to make your way to Newquay then The Bodyboard Depot in conjunction with Science UK, are giving you the chance to get hands on and test out the 2014 range. The event is open to all, and for £30 you can join a morning coaching session with the Science UK team featuring some of the UK’s brightest Bodyboard talent including Damian Prisk and Bjorn Storey. In the afternoon everyone will be given the chance to test out the entire range of new Science boards for free!
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet some of the best riders in the UK at this time, get some hints and tips from them and to test out and find your perfect board. To find out more about the event and to see the new boards or to book your place at the coaching session, head over to The Bodyboard Depot website here. To get a feel for some of the boards you will be able to test and try, check out the videos below of Mike Stewart explaining to The Depot about each one.
