There have been a few companies making wetsuits aimed at the Bodyboard crowd for a while now, but until this moment they have always been geared towards the male rider. Female Bodyboarders will be pleased to hear that Reeflex Wetsuits have recently announced plans to introduce a range of wetsuits designed specifically for the ladies.
Managing Director and former Shark Island and Pipeline Champion Ryan ‘Hardballs’ Hardy has announced the plans and will be working in conjunction with the Reeflex ‘X-Girls’ team to design the new suits. Ryan bought the Reeflex wetsuit company back in March 2015 and is a huge supporter of the sport, not only with this announcement to progress women’s Bodyboarding but also with his own Bodyboard School and the sponsorship of unknown Australian riders to wear Reeflex rubber.
