Ultimate big drop for Bodyboard thrill seekers

Bodyboard News Video By Sam Bennet / February 17, 2014
  • A+ A-

Let’s face it, one of the best things about Bodyboarding is the drop, the bigger the better. Sure it’s nice to pull off a few tricks, especially the first time you nail a new one, but the thrill of a big drop never goes away, its something you just can’t get bored off. Imagine then dropping in from about 3000 metres!

That’s exactly what the thrill seeker in the video below does, launching himself from a plane complete with snorkel, fins and Bodyboard! As the clip starts we see the fearless adventurer throw himself earthwards and immediately start to struggle as he involuntary barrel rolls and desperately grips the inflatable board with his knees.

Showing some good skills, he soon levels out and immediately completes a bevy of 360 spins before chucking out a Shaka for good measure! Finally he drops a shoulder, digs a rail and cuts away from camera at a ridiculous speed on what must be the best drop in ever.

Have a look at the amusing clip below and tell us if you fancy a bit of that? Definitely one to put on the bucket list for me!
